Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a proactive individual who can challenge the status quo at all levels of the organization. Since you will interact daily with many internal and external customers, it is imperative that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Create/maintain/automate standardized reporting and key performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Address shipment-related issues or inquiries through timely communication with internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for improvements, provide feedback, and develop processes to improve the overall experience and lower costs
• Take initiative and ownership of continuous improvement projects
• Develop and maintain scorecards and dashboards to track call queue and case management performance.
• Provide cross-functional systems support/feedback across business units
• Participate in and facilitate the Markets department with calls/training to promote the use of our products
• Conducting data-driven analysis, qualitatively and quantitively, to create insights on business issues.
• Opportunity for driving your own customer insight project.
• Communicating competitor’s insights and results to senior decision-makers
• Build powerful reports to share the data within the company.
• Help us build an in-depth understanding of our focus markets, competitors, and customers

Education and Experience:

• Rising undergraduate junior or senior pursuing a BA / BS, preferably in business administration, marketing, finance, accounting, engineering, operations management, customer service, transportation, or a related field
• Or Master's student pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, finance, accounting, engineering, operations management, customer service, transportation, or a related field.

Technical Skills and Competencies – Required

• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English
• Ability to develop interpersonal relationships internally and externally – in person and over the phone
• Analytic mindset – with the ability to analyze the “big picture,” review complex problems, and provide solutions
• A self-starter that takes ownership and is driven to succeed.
• A team player with a “can do” attitude
• Pro-active individual who can challenge the status quo at all levels of the organization.
• Technical Skills and Competencies – Not Required, but a plus
• Business Understanding – Shipping, Intra America's trade, market competitors, and industry trends.
• Experience participating in cross-functional teams
• Ability to speak and write in Spanish – Not Required, but a plus.

Pay Range:

$20.00- $25.00 hourly rate*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
