The Opportunity
Roche Romania is looking for a highly motivated individual that can take up the role of Medical Value Partner for our Pharma Division. In this role you will be responsible to identifying and addressing the relevant medical needs of clinical practice related to the Hematology Therapeutic Area; the role is location agnostic.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to development and implementation of the Disease Area(s) strategy, outcomes and vision, in collaboration with related squad team(s).
Ensure medical expertise and customer insights to the squad teams and contribute to local clinical operations activities.
Partner with different internal and external collaborators in crafting common solutions for patients' needs.
Continuously update your knowledge level over the Company products from Therapeutic Area(s) under responsibility.
Approve all the promoting activities being in line with Symphony’s requirements.
Link affiliate to Therapeutic Area(s) and Product(s) Communities (as Roche Currents) to deliver on data generation, knowledge exchange/data communications, and to lead Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) engagement in a scientific manner.
Have Congresses and Medical Scientific Meetings as Symposia ownership.
Design and implement Patient Support programs where and when the case.
Make the mapping and feasibilities for TAs where Roche is not yet present or is not present for long time, but where the pipeline is promising and clinical studies or new registered products or indications (line extensions) are to come to the local market, and you look for opportunities for scientific collaborations.
Contribute to country and sites feasibilities for projects related to Roche Pipeline. Also, provide the strong support for clinical trial projects running in sites from Romania.
Maintain awareness of the company’s requirements to fully report adverse events and other reportable drug safety and product complain information, identify, collect and immediately report all safety and or product complaint related information on Roche products, according to company procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Who you are:
A person with University degree - Medical Doctor, Pharmacist and who, preferably, has prior experience in Hematology Therapeutic Area.
You have strong project management skills including planning, documenting, communicating and delivering the end result on-time and within budget.
You are a strategic problem solver and you demonstrated strong leadership skills.
Collaborating comes natural to you and you love to work with networks around a common objective.
Fluency in English and Romanian is a must.
