Position Overview: As a Civil Engineering Project Manager with Foth, you'll lead the charge in delivering top-tier solutions for aviation projects, with a primary focus on the Memphis International Airport. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction. From managing projects to nurturing key relationships, you'll be instrumental in our mission to elevate the aviation industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead Foth Aviation Services business development efforts in Memphis, Tennessee
• Collaborate with market and division leaders to devise client-specific business plans
• Cultivate and maintain key client and regulatory relationships while promoting Foth's reputation
• Oversee project management activities to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Provide technical expertise in engineering design, quality assurance/control, and project management
• Develop technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering designs in accordance with industry standards
• Negotiate change orders and resolve project-related issues in collaboration with clients
• Lead construction services and provide guidance to project teams throughout the design and construction process
• Mentor and support Foth project managers and engineers companywide on aviation projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Professional Engineer license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in civil engineering, including 3-5 years in aviation consulting with senior engineering design responsibilities
• Proficiency in FAA design standards and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing design teams, developing scopes of work, and managing project budgets
• Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion within the civil engineering consulting industry
