Team Leader, Analytics

We're seeking an experienced Data Analytics Leader to join our team and lead our data analytics efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to support key business objectives. You'll lead a team of data analysts and work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization.

About the role

• Develop and execute the data analytics strategy to support the company's overall business goals

• Lead a team of data analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key data and analytics needs

• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to deliver meaningful insights

• Leverage data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to present complex data in a clear and compelling way

• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our data infrastructure, including AWS and Redshift

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security standards are maintained

• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner

• Assist and crafting and tracking A/B tests to help maximize conversion in our end to end funnel

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role (preferred)

• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS and Redshift

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles

• Experience working with Web Analytics and measuring success of Product releases and updates
