Your mission is to ensure efficient program delivery, translating core business needs into high-impact, scalable technology solutions for global market access. You will be the core driver for cross-functional alignment, collaborating closely with IT, Sales, and Partner organizations to accelerate measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible role for an energetic, strategic Agile leader who is passionate about maximizing our partner ecosystem's performance.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Partner Program &amp; EDI Excellence:</strong> Lead the planning and execution of high-priority Global Partner Program initiatives, including critical <strong>EDI capabilities</strong> and other strategic efforts, overseeing all phases from initial scoping to ongoing optimization to ensure measurable alignment with business growth goals.</li> <li><strong>Govern CPQ Project Transformation:</strong> Strategically manage and drive the delivery of complex <strong>CPQ implementation projects</strong>, ensuring the system rollout aligns with evolving sales strategies and successfully delivers a clear, frictionless user experience for global sales and channel teams.</li> <li><strong>Scale Agile Maturity and Delivery:</strong> Function as an experienced <strong>Scrum Master</strong>, leading and empowering multiple co-dependent Scrum teams; conduct all Agile ceremonies (sessions and workshops) to enhance team velocity, ensure the quality of deliverables, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and maximized resource utilization.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Risk, Stakeholder, and Change Management:</strong> Proactively identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course; actively engage with senior management and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and implement effective <strong>change management</strong> strategies for successful GTM project adoption.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Analytics Strategy:</strong> Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-informed analytics strategy across multiple projects and programs, ensuring the health, impact, and long-term sustainability of the solutions are driven by key business metrics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p> <ul> <li> <strong>8+ years</strong> of program/project management experience with a proven track record in successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level, and cross-functional technology projects.</li> <li> Experience <strong>in Global Partner Program solutions</strong> and <strong> CPQ implementation</strong> or similar revenue-facing systems. Experience with Customer experience systems, such as SNOW, is highly relevant.</li> <li>Proven expertise as a skilled <strong>Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams</strong>, combined with deep knowledge of Agile principles. You must be able to lead and coach for high performance.</li> <li>Hands-on experience successfully navigating and delivering complex projects involving various <strong>application components, stack layers, and cloud technologies</strong>.</li> <li>A proven problem solver with <strong>strong interpersonal skills</strong> to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
