Las soluciones de Inetum tienen como objetivo contribuir al rendimiento y la innovación de sus clientes, así como al bien común. </p><p>Presente en 19 países con una densa red de centros, Inetum se asocia con los principales fabricantes de software para afrontar los retos de la transformación digital desde la proximidad y flexibilidad. </p><h3>Descripción del empleo</h3><p>JOB RESPONSBILITIES / ROLE<br/> - Lead the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.<br/> - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java libraries used across the company.<br/> - Guide and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and performance.<br/> - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.<br/> - Review and set coding standards and best practices.<br/> - Work to achieve the goals and vision articulated by Product Management.<br/> - Keep the team up to date with the latest Java and Spring features.<br/> - Teach and support other teams in using the library effectively in their projects.<br/> - Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle, including occasional QA and peer review.
