About the role

Job Description Summary

The Global Parts Transactional Sales Fulfillment Leader will spearhead the global Order-to-Revenue (OTR) operations for our transactional wind turbine service sales, a high-margin segment of our overall business. This critical leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, flawless order accuracy, and consistent on-time delivery across all regions. With our transactional revenue reaching $700 million in 2024 and an ambitious goal to grow to $1.1 billion by 2026, this position will play a pivotal role in achieving this significant expansion. A key focus will be on strategically partnering with the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) team to seamlessly transition successful sales and driving operational excellence in transactional sales fulfillment to achieve predictable quarterly revenue linearity. This leader will champion process optimization, leverage digital tools, and cultivate a high-performing global OTR team to support and accelerate this growth trajectory within a high-value part of our organization. Scope is inclusive of facilitating and improving the Services Integrated Business Plan, Blade Remanufacturing, Customer Fulfillment and Repower Harvesting acceleration.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Global Transactional Sales Fulfillment Ownership: Define, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end global process for transactional sales fulfillment, commencing upon successful deal closure, to effectively manage the increasing volume and complexity associated with our growth targets.
  • OTR Process Optimization & Digitization: Drive the standardization and digitization of the OTR cycle, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Implement metrics-driven processes to ensure consistent weekly and quarterly execution pacing and revenue linearity, directly contributing to the achievement of our $1.1 billion revenue goal by 2026.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration for Pipeline Enablement: Partner closely with the Finance, Sourcing/Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to gain deep insights into the sales pipeline, proactively identify potential fulfillment challenges, and collaboratively develop strategies to maximize deal capture and efficient execution, ensuring we capitalize on the high-margin opportunities within the transactional business.
  • Services Integrated Business Plan Leader and Parts Game Board: Continue building and improving the overall IBP plan from Sales input through to Management Business Review, ensuring alignment through the value chain including Remanufacturing Plant Build Plans, Blade Remanufacturing and Sourcing Capability to ensure On-time delivery to Customers. Implement a Parts Game Board, driving visibility and opportunity for transactional opportunities on piece parts
  • Global OTR Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and coach team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure consistent application of global processes and best practices across all regions to support the scaling of our transactional operations.
  • Performance Monitoring & Problem Solving: Establish and rigorously monitor key OTR performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, cycle time, and customer satisfaction. Lead thorough root cause analysis of performance deviations and implement effective corrective and preventative actions to maintain the high standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate OTR performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives to key internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Senior Management, highlighting the contribution of efficient fulfillment to the overall profitability of the transactional business.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and the adoption of best practices within the OTR function. Champion a culture of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience, directly impacting the profitability of this high-margin revenue stream.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant internal policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations throughout the transactional sales fulfillment process. Identify and mitigate potential risks within the OTR cycle to protect the integrity of this significant and high-margin part of our business.

Qualifications Requirements:

      
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college      
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sourcing, manufacturing, program management, supply chain, or sales
