Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our patients. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to utilize cutting edge technology as you build meaningful relationships and experiences for the patients coming to us for care.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phone and video calls, greeting patients, scanning and printing items, taking payments, as well as scheduling follow up appointments. The ability to multi-task and work as a team with other Virtual Patient Coordinators is paramount. We provide flexibility and compensation concurrent with abilities and successful customer experience ratings.
Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, appointments, phones, and administrative duties as assigned
• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in an efficient and professional manner
• Exhibit ability to conduct personable interactions with patients via video platform
• Perform patient services virtually through state of the art video technology
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information according to HIPAA guidelines.
• Adapt to the needs and preferences of different patients to deliver personalized support

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work in a healthcare or call center environment
- Experience or interest in self-check in Kiosk technology
- Experience with Electronic Medical/Health Records; experience with Raintree
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
