Overview

Rockwall Kia is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our high-performing service team. This role is critical to supporting technician productivity and delivering an exceptional customer experience by efficiently sourcing, ordering, and managing automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail and service customers with parts inquiries, orders, and availability
• Create accurate quotes, invoices, and estimates using CDK software
• Coordinate daily with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts fulfillment
• Order parts from vendors and track shipments to meet service timelines
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory; maintain accurate perpetual inventory controls
• Process returns, warranties, and core credits
• Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and stockroom
• Deliver a professional, customer-first experience in person, over the phone, and via email

Qualifications

• Automotive parts department experience required
• Experience with CDK Drive or similar DMS preferred
• Kia or OEM dealership experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
