You will collaborate closely with their cross-functional team of developers, designers, to deliver high-quality software that exceeds customer expectations.</p><p></p><p> <strong>Your main responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul> <li>Leading the development and implementation of new features and functionalities for their CRM product using PHP Laravel framework</li> <li>Designing and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable codebase that adheres to best practices and coding standards</li> <li>Collaborating with the product management team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans</li> <li>Conducting code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement</li> <li>Optimizing application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless deployment and integration of new releases</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science</li> <li>Proven experience (4+ years) developing web applications using PHP Laravel framework.</li> <li>Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern web development principles.</li> <li>Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Vue.js</li> <li>Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL)</li> <li>Experience with version control systems (Git), continuous integration</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Any experience in the following will be considered an asset:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience working on CRM or enterprise-level software projects</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) </li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive Salary</li> <li>Extensive Training </li> <li>Prospects of development </li> </ul><p>     </p><p> </p><p><strong>👥 Recruitment Process:</strong></p><ul><li>If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
