2nd Shift Warehouse Equipment Operator - Order Selector ($18.50/hr. - $20.00/hr.)

We are hiring for 2nd shift at JOANN Stores Hudson Distribution Center .  

• 2nd shift 3pm to 11pm Full time positions available.  

• *Equipment Certified Selectors ($16.50/hr. + $1.50/hr. Selecting/Picking Premium + $2 hr. Shift Premium)

In the JOANN Hudson Distribution Center, an Order Selector accurately selects items and packs them into the correct cartons for shipment to the stores.  

Utilize a Radio Frequency headset to receive instruction and give information via voice command. Walks alongside conveyor system selecting items from shelving based on the instruction received from the headset. Equipment-certified Selectors will operate a double jack to drive to locations to select items for the order.  

 

Order Selectors are required to complete all store assignments within the required time using cardboard boxes or plastic totes.   

 

Able to work effectively for significant periods of time both in a location with little interpersonal contact, as well as near others.  

Regular and predictable attendance is required.   

Must be able to lift between 25 to 50 pounds unassisted.  

Must be able to push boxes and /or totes which may weigh up to 50 pounds via line with rollers.   

Must be able to stand and or/walk on concrete for a minimum of 8 hours per day.   

Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs
