Today, more than 4,700 experts from over 50 countries contribute to our sustainable success.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>You will be working in the Personalized T cell Immunotherapy division, a group focusing on pre-clinical R&D activities for direct clinical translation .</p><ul><li>You will be responsible for the development and implementation of protocols and assays to optimize T cell therapy manufacturing and determine the function and potency of personalized T cell therapies.</li><li>You will routinely perform many T cell-based functional and descriptive assays to test and select concepts for pre-clinical validation.</li><li>You will work both independently and in a team environment to provide proof-of-concept pre-clinical feasibility data for our internal drug development and to assist external collaborators.</li><li>As a member of an interdisciplinary team of biologists, immunologists, chemists and engineers, you are happy to join forces with you and develop next generation anti-cancer therapies.</li><li>You have possibility to publish your results and expand collaborative projects with academic groups and industry.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You have successfully completed your master´s degree in a field related to immunology or human biology with a focus on cellular biology.
