Job Description

• Supporting and coordinating transitions referring to scope definition, shadowing and stabilization;
• Ensuring the quality of the Desktop procedures;
• Analyzing processes to ensure correct structure of customer master data;
• Enhancing the overall performance of the process by driving standardization and improvement topics;
• Offering support and training to other colleagues regarding Bosch Customer Master Data Standards, process specifics and IT system related topics;
• Acting as an expert of Bosch SAP and other process related systems ERP systems;
• Active role in transfer of the activities and also in stabilization phase for CMD projects;
• Close collaboration with the team lead and team members;
• Coordination of communication with the local units;
• Maintenance of Customer Master Data in SAP, based on the requests received from internal partners (Sales, Finance Departments or Production Plants) according to specific rules;
• Support in task prioritization within the team;
• Responsibile for reading, understanding and applying the procedure from area of responsibility and also interdepartamental procedure subcribed in SOCOS;
• Any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma & University Diploma;
• Language: English;
• Experienced knowledge in MS Office  (Excel, PPT);
• Experienced in SAP;
• High level of customer and service orientation;
• Excellent communication skills in intercultural enviroment;
• Logical thinking, curiosity and analysis abilities;
• Positive attitude;
• Autonomous and proactive behavior;
• Detail oriented;
• Team player;
• Willingness to travel;
• Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility;
