We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent Mamagement topics, like, Performance Appraisal, Career Development, Onboarding, Offboarding, Organizational Climate, Employer branding, HRIS.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master in the area of ​​Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in the Talent Management area (Performance Appraisal, Succession Plans, Organizational climate, Onboarding, Offboarding..)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Query, Macros, VBA), Power BI and Power Automate
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance Management & Goal Management)
• Experience in designing and optimizing Onboarding processes, ensuring an integrated and efficient experience for new employees
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong adaptability mindset
