We advise clients on IT strategy, organizational development, performance improvement and all popular (ERP) solution platforms. You are interested in the latest technologies and how they solve important problems for our customers and society.</p><p></p><p>You also have:</p><ul><li><p>You have at least 4 years of demonstrable work experience in an advisory / transformational role within the commercial sector, where you have been involved in (extensive) assignments in the field of Digital (IT) strategies and / or technology-driven transformation programs.</p></li><li><p>You have completed an academic degree (Master's degree)</p></li><li><p>You identify and address customer needs, you develop and maintain customer relationships through networking, and you are able to identify and (help to) develop potential new opportunities;</p></li><li><p>You speak and write English fluently, and Dutch is a plus;</p></li><li><p>You have excellent communication skills and a clear opinion that you like to share with others in a constructive way;</p></li><li><p>You want to gain new knowledge, share acquired knowledge, expand your network and you enjoy coaching junior colleagues.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>In addition, we expect at least one of the following skills:</p><ul><li><p>Designing an IT/Digital Strategy for and together with customers is a piece of cake for you and/or;</p></li><li><p>You have extensive experience in designing and implementing an (Agile) IT Operating Model, from vision, processes and structure to RACIs and the Request for Advice to the Works Council &amp; Executive Board and/or;</p></li><li><p>You are able to help customers in the field of Data.
