Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team based in Columbus, Mississippi.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day Facilities Management through preparing reports and presentations, tracking key performance indicators (KPI's), creation and storage of technical documentation, coordination of supply inventory, creating purchase requisitions, verify invoice accuracy and on-time payments.

Your working environment:
On the eastern border of Mississippi you’ll find Columbus, home to our Helicopter manufacturing and assembly lines and Center of Excellence for the entire North America region. It’s here that we produce the UH-72A Lakota Helicopters for the U.S. Army in addition to the H-125 aircraft for civil and commercial customers.

Your Challenges:
Facilities Management Support: 30%
- Prepare and send department communications as needed for day-today facilities activities.
- Maintain departmental recordkeeping system including technical files, logs, records, and data.
- Prepares and tracks expense reports.
- Tracks and reports on departmental budgets as well develop strategies for cost reduction opportunities.
- Maintains department key performance indicators.
- Support with company events including planning and setup.
Vendor Coordination: 20%
- Schedule and coordinate facility vendors coming on site.
- Ensures accurate paperwork, keys, and safety equipment are provided as needed to onsite vendors.
- Assists in ensuring all yearly training as maintained by vendors routinely on site.
- Signs all service completion documents upon departure of vendors.
- Verify invoice accuracy and on-time payments are processed.
- Ensure vendor setup in Airbus management systems for procurement of materials and services as well payment of invoices.
Department OPEX Budget: 20%
