<p><span><strong>About the Civilian Work Attachment</strong></span></p> <p><span>Cummins is proud to support the Armed Forces community through our Civilian Work Attachment (CWA) Programme, delivered in partnership with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP).</span></p> <p><span>This two-week placement has been designed to help Service Leavers gain practical experience within a global engineering organisation, providing valuable insight into civilian industry while exploring how the skills developed during military service can be applied across engineering and manufacturing.</span></p> <p><span>Working alongside experienced engineers, technicians and manufacturing professionals, you'll gain first-hand experience of how products are designed, built, tested and validated before reaching customers. The placement offers broad exposure to a range of technical disciplines, allowing you to explore different career pathways and discover where your skills and interests best fit within Cummins.</span></p> <p><span><strong>About the Placement</strong></span></p> <p><span>Engineering at Cummins is highly collaborative.
