Responsibilities:

  • Analytical ability, problem solver, can self-motivate to research answers to questions. Experience with independent research and summarization of information.

  • Lead operational projects to ensure the achievement of project goals and tactical business results including identify/reviews of organization’s risk management policies and procedures.

  • Perform data analysis to assess performance of Corebridge vendors for adherence to SLA, quality, and billing accuracy.  Track metrics trends at vendors, SLA adherence, billing accuracy, with long term goal of improving vendor performance against standards and lowering cost to Corebridge.

  • Identify the root cause for operational deficiencies and suggest management action responses to address the root cause.  Be able to process map and describe operational processes clearly.

  • Draft identified issues, reports, process narratives and other documents to assist team with reporting to the stakeholders.

  • Clearly and concisely communicate issue observations, or other key messages as needed to a variety of constituents, including senior business and audit management, both verbally and through written reports. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Accountable for meeting deliverables timely and accurately.  Able to interact with a wide range of people at all levels of the organization and across functions.  Able to master a complex business structure and working environment.

  • Provide guidance and direction for colleagues/project teams to investigate issues, suggest viable solutions, and solve operational problems.

  • Backup Procurement invoice payments and billing processing.  Investigate billing issues, and vendor payment issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

  • 3 plus years business analysis or project management experience, preferably in financial industry

  • Experience at a major print vendor highly desirable

  • Hard skills desired:  Above average Excel, Word, Outlook. Possess skill or will learn: Visio, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Ariba, SAP, Fieldglass.

  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are required.  Ability to simplify technical issues and communicate to non-technical audience. 

  • Any combination of: Budgeting, Procure to Pay, vendor management, print & mail operations, Capture, or Enterprise Content Management experience desirable.

  • Ability to identify and evaluate key risks and controls across different business processes

  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders, colleagues and staff

  • Experience with audit, regulatory controls, general IT controls, software/hardware paradigms, or coding is desirable.

  • Experience with leveraging the use of data analysis tools is a plus
