Strategic Project Leader

<ul> <li>Support the Chief People Officer on company growth projects and programs</li> <li>Lead the projects such as international expansion, global tools and processes implementation in close partnership with the teams and key stakeholders</li> <li>Participate in the roadmap definition and implementation of People department</li> <li>Contribute to the identification and the specification of needs regarding HR software tools and processes</li> <li>Identify and prioritize development and upgrades of HR tools</li> <li>Formalize the target processes and the application requirements</li> <li>Choose with your IT partners the right solutions to be implemented based on the requirements</li> <li>Deploy the tools and processes in collaboration with the operational teams</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Master's in business, management, human resources or other relevant field</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience on a similar role </li> <li>Good knowledge of commonly used HR tools and solutions </li> <li>Demonstrated project management skills</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously and good leadership abilities to drive project teams</li> <li>Experience in working with cross functional and international teams </li> <li>Fluent in English and French</li> </ul>
