- To perform duties related to the general care and maintenance of buildings and grounds
- Experience required working as a Journeyman in electrical field
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems
- Install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
- Ensure conformance to building and safety codes
- Place conduit, pipes, or tubing in walls or other concealed areas
- Proficient in computer applications pertinent to position such as Google Mail, FMX Work Orders, or comparable program
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 60 labs. *Ability to work nights, weekends and snow removal when required
- Valid NJ Driver's License Required
- Black Seal Boiler's License Preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Salary: $58,150 (minimum) to $72,050 (maximum) commensurate with experience
