About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, take charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Operations team. In this position, you serve as a key contact for the Endoscopy Sales Division and Region Managers while building strong relationships and expertly understanding regional market conditions. You will be responsible for creating sales enablement tools; opportunity recognition, shaping resource deployment strategies and helping Regional Managers meet business challenges through timely, impactful analytics delivered by leveraging the strong knowledge of BSC sales tools and resources. This job also requires coordination with internal departments, including Sales Support, Marketing, Finance and IT.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with local sales teams to provide analytical insights, uncover account trends, and support opportunity management.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Region Manager teams as required.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary liaison between the Sales team and internal departments.
- Identify growth opportunities within the division by analyzing trends, performance metrics, and relevant external data.
- Develop customized business reviews that incorporate regional market conditions and unique customer challenges.
- Provide tailored training sessions focused on corporate tools and initiatives, including Tableau and Salesforce.
- Partner with Region Managers to develop relevant content and deliver training on Sales Enablement tools and resources.
- Support key initiatives such as Quarterly Business Reviews and GPO Contract launches by working closely with Region Managers.
- Participate in critical internal Sales Operations and cross functional projects as needed.
- Drive process improvement activities to maximize resource efficiency and operational output.
- What we're looking for in you:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a sales or financial analyst.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving experience.
- Strong back office application skills, including expert level Excel and some exposure to MS Access, Salesforce, SQL and some programming languages.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
- Travel 10%-20% of the time required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills working with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature.
- Desire to work in a collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment.
- 3+ years of experience within medical device industry.
- At least 3 years supporting field sales organization.
