Compensation Details


The starting annual salary for this position is between $50,000.00 and $62,000.00 based on your prior work experience.

Summary of Essential Duties

The Station Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of airport operations at the assigned station. This position oversees ticket counter, gate, baggage, and ramp functions to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service.

The Station Manager provides direct supervision, training, and support to Cross-Utilized Airport Agents, while also maintaining compliance with all Company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day operations, respond to irregular situations, and uphold Contour Airlines’ commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities


Interact with our service provider, ground handling staff, and management.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for ticket counter, gate, baggage, and ramp-handling support person.
Oversees vendor performance.
Ensure Contour’s reporting and compliance standards are met.
Represent Contour at all airports, government, and company meetings.
Ensure service expectations through training and mentoring of vendor leadership teams.
Maintain thorough knowledge of policies and processes pertaining to law enforcement officers, hazardous materials, and other regulatory requirements.
Interface with and communicate with passengers, agents, flight crews and vendors as needed.
Responsible for always maintaining the safety and security of the ramp.
Observe safe ground-handling procedures and maintenance of ground service equipment, including the performance of equipment checks.
