Position Summary: The Senior Director of Community Operations will play a crucial role in overseeing operations of our skilled, assisted living and independent living operations to include administration, life enrichment, social services, admissions, and culinary. In addition, this role will be responsible for implementing the annual budget at our locations, focusing time and attention on our World Class Standards as well as collaborating and communicating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to support the organization's goals.

Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, Health Care Administration or similar area or equivalent work experience. They will have five years of progressive experience in managing the operations of a multi-facility health care group. Experience as a nursing home administrator or director of health care services is advantageous. They will have a demonstrated ability to effectively perform the leadership activities of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and coaching with a teamwork approach to continuous improvement of organizational systems and work processes. They are able to communicate effectively in writing and oral presentation with team members, community organizations, vendors, residents, and other such people who influence or benefit from the operation of the nursing home, assisted living or independent living environment. Travel will be required.
