Travel Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurses to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the established care plan
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, collect data, and document findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel and work in different healthcare settings
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on the assignment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software

Pay Rate:$1,600 @40hrs weekly
Pay with OT: Would be discussed during the interview
Shift and Time Schedule: Night, 11:00pm-07:00am
Hours Guaranteed: 40 hours
Length of assignment: 13 Weeks
License required: DE license/RN Compact License
Certificate required: BLS (AHA)
