3PL International Freight Forwarding Operator (Data Quality)

What you’ll do as a Data Quality analyst at our BPO

- Act according to BPO’s customer requirements considering the standard operating procedures in place;

- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal procedures to enhance productivity and transparency;

- Interact with several different IT tools plus our newly implemented TMS;

- Contribute to the process that requires careful research and monitoring, to ensure that the system is correctly showing the real transport status.

 

Must have

- Great command of English (spoken and written);

- Good MS Office skills, especially on Excel;

- Solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify roadblocks and propose solutions;

- Capacity for organization, dynamism, entrepreneurial and team spirit;

- Agility and pro-activity;

- Capacity to promote processes optimization, creativity.

 

Nice to have

- Knowledge or experience in the transport sector (preferred).
