Fitness Attendant - Part Time - Seasonal

Come join the elite country club in Flagstaff, Arizona... Forest Highlands Golf Club is hiring for their Fitness & Spa Attendant/Receptionist position for their 2025 season.  This is a part time position for approximately 15-20 hours per week starting in May and ending in September. 

The primary focus of this position is to assist our members and their guests with fitness and spa related questions.

Some of the things you will be doing in this position are:

• Ensuring that the fitness center and spa areas are kept clean and organized
• Setting up the spa rooms for treatments prior to the member/guest arrival
• Answering phones and replying to emails
• Booking appointments
• Completing data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs, preferably proficient in both.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Organized, and able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing.
• Current First Aid/CPR (upon hire opportunities to obtain these certifications will be provided)
• Clean background check
• Basic knowledge of country club and golf course operations preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Must be reliable and timely.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Position is in a busy golf/country club in a private residential community.
• Flexibility in schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs on occasion. 
• Must be able to frequently walk, sit, stand, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear, stoop kneel, crouch, adjust vision accordingly (close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception)
• Continuous ability to talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and far vision.
