Description

We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate is self-motivated who thrives in an independent work environment and can handle a significant caseload.

As our Supervising Attorney in our Pre-Litigation Personal Injury department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.·         Provide informative and compassionate client service.·         Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.·         Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.·         Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.

Qualifications:

·         Bilingual in Spanish.·         Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.·         Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with CA Bar Association.·         Minimum 2-years of prior experience in personal injury (pay depends on experience).·         Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.·         Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.·         In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
