Well Site Supervisor- Plug & Abandonment

Responsibilities

• Oversee Well Abandonment and Intervention operations and services both onshore and offshore
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work practices, service quality, and operational efficiency
• Make well site decisions pertaining to downhole operations and overall project management

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Well Abandonment & Intervention equipment and services
• Broad knowledge of well abandonment and intervention products and services, including cementing, slick-line, casing cutting and pulling, fishing operations, milling operations, and setting of CIBPs
• Excellent supervisory, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and perform advanced tasks without supervision
• Previous offshore rig experience
• Well Control Certification and completion of specialized training courses

Preferences

• Experience in problem-solving and working in close quarters with others
• Familiarity with technical formulas and procedures related to well operations
