Many factors have an impact on the quality of the marketplace experience, the most prevalent is the users quality, seriousness, and engagement of the marketplace themselves, and the content and information (sale / rent listings, buyers projects descriptions, agencies presentations …) they produce by the means of this use. </p><p>The Marketplace Design teams’ role is about designing and developing all curation, penalty/reward, gamification, rating, scoring, and matching mechanisms that ensure the engagement of our users is constantly pushed up, and the quality of our content is constantly improving. That’s what we call <strong>Marketplace Dynamics</strong>.</p><p>As all of these capabilities are heavily data-powered, the Marketplace Design teams are also responsible for Data Governance, Modeling, Quality and the Data Platform and key Data-sets management for all of AVIV. We call that <strong>Data Operations</strong>.</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As a <strong>(</strong><strong>Senior) Data Engineer </strong>in the <strong>Iron</strong> team of <strong>Marketplace Dynamics</strong>, and working closely with all the members of your team, you work on the qualification, rating and scoring capabilities of the user behaviours, from data collection strategy to the delivery of heavily data powered capabilities intended to be embedded into the final user experiences, as well as building the “perfect fit feeling” for anyone who uses the Aviv marketplace. Whether the user is a buyer, a seller, an agent, a promoter, a landlord, or a service provider, the homes, leads, or services they’re being offered must help achieve their real estate project or run their business like a breeze. You deliver heavily data powered matching, sorting, advertising and yield management capabilities intended to drive the final user experience to their end.</p><p>As a senior team member, you create, improve and enhance the technical data/ML stack, and help your fellow engineers to improve their skills.</p><p><strong>WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:</strong></p><ul><li>Help increase the output of the team and the neighbouring teams it influences.
