THE JOB:

The Marketing Intern will learn best practices and operational strategies building a solid career foundation.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Receive personalized learning plans specifically aligned to their goals and development opportunities within Marketing.
• Gain exposure within the department to gain a cross-functional understanding of the MGM Resorts business strategy.
• Participate in MGM Resorts’ Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives by engaging in diversity training, philanthropic events, etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited college or university.
• Currently hold and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a United States 4.0 scale.
