Senior Program Manager (m/f/d) Compressor

<p>Your roles and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Planning and management of highly complex global customer projects from the concept phase to series production in an international environment</li> <li>Overall responsibility for the successful execution of projects to achieve project goals in terms of cost, profitability, quality and time</li> <li>Coordination of project team members, customers, internal and external development partners, suppliers and several manufacturing plants with different requirements</li> <li>Planning and assigning work packages to team members as well as monitoring and controlling project progress</li> <li>Overall responsibility for the creation and control of project budgets</li> <li>Project reporting and presentation to management committees</li> <li>Coordinating and ensuring process-compliant change management within the project and tracking the schedule and costs</li> <li>Ensuring the application of all standardized project methods, tools and documents (PDP (PTO), APQP)</li> <li>Interface with the customer and communication within the organization (in coordination with sales)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your skills and strengths</p> <ul> <li>Successfully completed technical or business studies or equivalent</li> <li>At least three years of professional experience in project management and/or sales in the automotive industry</li> <li>Experience in working with a global team at different locations using typical project management applications and tools (MS Project, quality tools, risk planning and analysis tools)</li> <li>Additional qualifications in project management in certified programs (IPMA, PMI, etc.) are an advantage</li> <li>Strong entrepreneurial thinking and an active customer and process orientation</li> <li>Good analytical skills and strong time and resource management skills</li> <li>Team player with high social and intercultural competence</li> <li>High level of communication skills in international teams</li> <li>Very good written and spoken German and English skills</li> <li>Willingness to travel nationally and internationally</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>    Do you have any questions?<br/>      <br/>    CORA.KUNZ@MAHLE.COM  <br/>    +49 711 501-13419  <p> </p>
