Job Description

Swift7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Trainer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that strengthen customer service performance across teams. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured customer service training programs for new hires and existing team members

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions focused on communication, service standards, and operational procedures

• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve performance and engagement

• Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with business goals

• Maintain training materials, guides, and documentation
