Job Description

The Events and Sales Assistant will support the planning and execution of live events while assisting the sales team with client coordination and on-site engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in environments that require direct communication and teamwork.

You will act as a key point of support during events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for both clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of events from setup to completion

• Support on-site event operations and ensure schedules and logistics are followed

• Engage with clients and attendees in a professional and welcoming manner

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

• Maintain accurate records related to event activities and client interactions
