More Driven.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p align="center"><strong>Job description</strong></p> <p><strong>Primary Purpose of the Position </strong></p> <ul> <li>  The EMEA Procurement Data Management Team Lead in the SSC is primarily responsible for managing day to day operations in the SSC, by overseeing the execution of Procurement Data Management activities within agreed SLAs in the most efficient and effective way. These activities include but are not limited to building and maintaining catalogs/contracts, support supplier onboarding activities, and providing helpdesk support to stakeholders. Manages, monitors and develops their team.  </li> <li>Ensures associates have everything they need to achieve their objectives </li> <li>Drives engagement of their team members</li> <li>Builds and drives CI culture in the teams and encourages best practice sharing</li> <li>Measures success and reports results to stakeholders on a monthly basis or when required by the business.<br/> <strong>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manages the accurate and timely delivery of the SLAs and KPIs by planning, prioritizing, and distributing the team’s tasks</li> <li>Monitors execution, by identifying potential delays</li> <li>Proposes action plans to close performance gaps</li> <li>Offers support for subordinates in carrying out daily tasks</li> <li>Completes first-line issue resolution by engaging stakeholders and suppliers, and escalating to category team when necessary</li> <li>Proposes remedial actions based on complaint analysis</li> <li>Back-up for team members on task execution (in case of workload peaks, FTEs shortage); should normally cover around 25% of an FTE workload</li> <li>Participates in the recruiting, selection and orientation program of the new hires</li> <li>Ensures the functional training for the new hires</li> <li>Builds and drives CI culture in the team by encouraging and facilitating exposure of ideas </li> <li>Recommends and introduces improvements in current processes and systems, including optimization of the workload distribution</li> <li>Creates cooperative atmosphere / Builds culture of One Team collaboration within the cluster and within the center</li> <li>Ensures compliance to WI, internal regulations, procurement policy and updates these on a regular basis </li> <li>Plans days off/ vacations to ensure business continuity</li> <li>Carries out the Performance Management of team members:</li> <li>Provides continuous feedback and coaching to team members.</li> <li>Provides opportunities for learning and self-development and facilitates the development of technical competencies.</li> <li>Implements corporate performance related practices (PMP reviews)</li> <li>Follows up on the Individual Development plan for team members and ensures it is actively considered</li> <li>Identifies training needs for the team</li> <li>Continuously strives to build a culture of high-performance; including recognition of the achievements</li> <li>Carries out reporting activities:</li> <li>Prepares monthly SLA reports to key stakeholders</li> <li>Provides an analysis of KPIs/ SLAs</li> <li>Is responsible for accuracy of data provided<br/> <strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li>Min 18 months in GY </li> <li>Min 12 months in a similar position (if external hire)</li> <li>A total of min 24 months in a similar industry</li> <li>Good organizational and planning skills</li> <li>Problem solving skills</li> <li>Good communication &amp; collaboration skills</li> <li>Proactiveness: generating ideas, raising flags, following-up on agreed plans and actions</li> <li>Demonstrates drive to achieve goals</li> <li>Decision making skills</li> <li>Ability to motivate others</li> <li>Time management skills</li> <li>Orientation to customer</li> <li>Influencing skills</li> <li>Autonomy in managing the team and implement projects or actions with impact on the team/processes</li> <li>Ability to comprehend and communicate objectives to various audiences. </li> <li>Ability to function in a team environment as a member and a leader.  </li> <li>Fluent English + Served Cluster language written and spoken</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Goodyear is one of the world’s largest tyre companies.
