About This Role

• Partnering with key business stakeholders to transform strategic objectives into actionable technical specifications and solution designs.
• Participating in requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure application development aligns with business priorities.
• Participating in architecture, implementation, design, administration, maintenance, documentation, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion application stacks.
• Mission-critical application management, including system configurations and advanced troubleshooting.
• Creating test scripts and performing unit testing to validate that functionality meets business requirements.
• Conducting in-depth analysis to identify optimization opportunities, performance trends, and process improvements.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and data solutions as well as creating strategic recommendations for technology adoption that drives business value.
• Performing technical duties requiring independent judgment and analysis, including management and review of licenses and vendor or implementation partner relationships.
• Triaging and support of incident & break-fix tickets.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Five (5) plus years of Applications support or systems administration experience preferred.
• Must effectively interface with peers, employees, management, and customers within the organization.
• Must exhibit the ability to understand a wide range of business processes.
• Must exhibit a high proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 with emphasis in Purchasing module and Oracle Fusion Procurement with Supplier Portal, SQM, and Sourcing
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party applications, such as MES, PLM, HCM, etc.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle application deployment projects from requirements gathering through implementation and support.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes across multiple domains (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with application and SQL database administration, troubleshooting, and support.
