Market research analyst for our COIN Europe Division

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and strongly analytical teammember to join our Center of Intelligence department in JELD-WEN and all its brands across europe. 

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical strong employee to join our Center of Intelligence team in JELD-WEN, Herning. The role will focus on analyzing and assessing the door market landscape across Europe. This includes among other things analysis of door market development, understanding market dynamics, and drivers and to identify market and product opportunities.

 

Main objectives of your role

• Establish, maintain, and develop our yearly market share analysis
• Understand and analyze market dynamics and drivers – how economical and other macro environmental factors influence the door market
• Perform country and/or sector deep dive analysis to identify growth opportunities

 

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and develop our yearly market share analysis in Europe through internal interviews and desk research
• Understand and analyze market dynamics and drivers – how economical and other macro environmental factors influence the door market
• Help to build a predictive model for how the door market will develop going forward
• By desk research and interviews, understand strength and weaknesses and evaluate market opportunities, critical success factors, trends, and threats on overall level
• Perform country and/or sector deep dive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Build up customer and consumer surveys followed by analysis and presentations
• Analyze and present the findings to stakeholders in Europe, so leadership teams can make informed decisions about their markets
• Integrate data into excel and PowerBI and develop and main current PowerBI reports

 

Person Specification

 

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Crunching data, excel spreadsheets and data mining is highly motivating for you
• Comfortable presenting results to internal team members and management

 

Experience / Knowledge

• Couple of years experience within the field is a benefit, but not a requirement

 

Education / Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business Admin, Economics, Marketing, or related

 

Language Skills

• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
• German will be highly valued for supporting the organization, but not a requirement
