Senior Manager, Product & Engineering

Job Description

What does this role involve

• You will operationally manage your Unit (including managing a budget and making forecasts, business performance management, executing a recruitment plan)

• You need to coordinate with business stakeholders' vision and strategy for building exceptional experience for the Heavy & Bulky domain.

• You will coordinate and develop tools that automate the allegro delivery fee settlement processes between the seller and the platform.

• You will manage a team of +30 people

• Defining systems and products development roadmap to meet consumer needs and delivering KPIs

• Be accountable for various of projects and programs in the area and roadmap execution

• Aligning with other business units to support key initiatives

• You are experienced in managing multiple teams

• You have structured way of working 

• You have an ability to think strategically

• You have the ability to work in a large organization and effectively collaborate across departments

• Effective, highly communicative oral and written skills 

• Excellent written and spoken English

• You have knowledge of the logistics industry or the specifics of eCommerce deliveries (nice to have)

• You have working backwards methodology (nice to have)
