Job Description
Supports full spectrum, multi-domain, CO capability development to include OCO and DCO, DIB, and DODIN. Provides software and hardware capabilities that produce cyberspace effects in and throughout cyberspace operations via vulnerability analysis and software research and development. Designs, develops, and implements Information Assurance (IA) and security standards using Zero Trust models and Cloud technologies to enhance system security. Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for organizations, ensuring compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) guidelines. Provides recommendations for innovative information assurance solutions tailored to customer needs. Identifies, reports, and resolves security violations, leveraging Zero Trust principles to enforce granular controls. Defines, plans, designs, and evaluates information security systems, including those operating within Cloud environments. Assesses architecture and hardware limitations, adapting designs to meet evolving demands. Supports all stages of the information system lifecycle, including RMF- and CSF-based certification activities to obtain and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO). Assists in maintaining compliance with data security policies and relevant regulations. Provides expertise to cybersecurity initiatives, explaining new guidance and adapting solutions for Cloud-based operations. Ensures implementation of appropriate changes and improvement actions as required. Facilitates RMF and CSF processes for secure information system management. Delivers Information Technology (IT) Systems Support outputs, incorporating Zero Trust methodologies and Cloud-specific considerations. Collaborates with Cybersecurity Analysts and Specialists.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Designs and develops new systems, applications, and solutions for external customer's enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks. Ensures system security needs established and maintained for operations development, security requirements definition, security risk assessment, systems analysis, systems design, security test and evaluation, certification and accreditation, systems hardening, vulnerability testing and scanning, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and provides analytical support for security policy development and analysis. Integrates new architectural features into existing infrastructures, designs cyber security architectural artifacts, provides architectural analysis of cyber security features and relates existing system to future needs and trends, embeds advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction, provides engineering recommendations, and resolves integration and testing issues. May interface with external entities including law enforcement, intelligence and other government organizations and agencies.Minimum Qualifications
