About the Role:

The IT AI Solutions Intern will be working on the Collab arm of the IT IPA team and working closely on AI use cases across the company to pin down specifics, turn those into requirements and bring them back to the teams to help build out. The intern will also help in the build-out process.

What You'll Do:

AI Use Case Identification and Analysis:

• Collaborate with various teams across CrowdStrike to identify potential AI use cases

• Document and analyze specific AI opportunities within different departments

• Conduct initial feasibility assessments for proposed AI implementations

Prioritization and Grouping of AI Initiatives:

• Develop a prioritization framework for AI projects based on business impact, technical feasibility, and resource requirements

• Rank identified AI use cases according to the established framework

• Group similar AI initiatives to identify synergies and potential shared resources

Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

• Work closely with stakeholders to define detailed requirements for prioritized AI projects

• Create comprehensive requirement documents for development teams

• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical possibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, IT product management, and AI specialists

• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across departments

• Organize and participate in cross-functional meetings to drive AI initiatives forward

AI Implementation Support:

• Assist in the planning and execution of AI project build-outs

• Help coordinate resources and timelines for AI implementations

• Provide support in testing and validating AI solutions

AI Adoption and Education:

• Contribute to internal education initiatives about AI capabilities and potential

• Help create materials to promote AI literacy across the organization

• Assist in showcasing successful AI implementations to encourage further adoption

Trend Analysis and Reporting:

• Stay informed about the latest AI trends and potential applications in cybersecurity

• Prepare regular reports on the status of AI initiatives and their impact on CrowdStrike

• Contribute to the development of CrowdStrike's AI strategy roadmap

What You'll Need:

• Graduating from BA/BS technical degree program in May 2025

• Experience working on teams
