You’ll be part of a large, dedicated team ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment operations.<p></p><p></p><p><b>Job title:</b></p>Administrator<p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Full-time, permanent role: </b>37.5 hours, Monday to Friday</p></li><li><p><b>Hybrid working: </b>split between home and our Upavon, Wiltshire office</p></li></ul><p></p><p>As part of our commitment to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, we would particularly welcome applications from people who are from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll be doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>Liaising with applicants, Army Careers Offices and Medical Experts answering queries and assisting candidates through the medical aspects of their application</p></li><li><p>Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information</p></li><li><p>Interacting with third party providers where appropriate, such as candidates and GPs, as part of medical process fulfilment</p></li><li><p>Reviewing letters, postal <span>administration and</span> scanning</p></li><li><p>Answering the phone and responding to queries</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for:</b></p><p><b>Essential:</b></p><ul><li><p>IT literate, competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook</p></li><li><p>Must have previous administration experience</p></li><li><p>Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</p></li><li><p>A passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work well under pressure</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desirable:</b></p><ul><li><p>Familiarity with Army Careers, would be an advantage</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP): </b></p><p>At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we’re transforming the British Army’s recruitment service.
