Job Summary

 The Dispatcher is responsible for interpreting the Transportation Schedule and dispatching transportation services for the clients of The Counseling Center, Inc

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 Essential functions are duties, which are essential or primary to the position or the reason the position exists. An individual must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

1. Must be able to sort through the Transportation Schedule and dispatch transportation services for clients.
2. Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
3. Maintain accurate records of Transportation services.
4. Monitor Transportation Schedule and adjust as necessary.
5. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and policies.
6. Provide excellent customer service to clients.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

 Secondary functions are duties, which are not exclusive of the position, can be performed by other positions; however, secondary duties are to be performed for the efficiency of The Counseling Center, Inc.

1. Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
