With diverse services spanning IT strategy and architecture, IT Operations, Cloud Transformation and Security, Risk and Compliance, we help executives to deliver value and enable the businesses they work in through the use of technology.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Part of complex transformation projects with autonomy and discretion, often involving multiple vendor and customer teams in consideration of technology market trends</li> <li>Work with customers and partners, planning, prioritization and delivery of complex transformation initiatives, while collaborating with relevant Sales and Service Teams.</li> <li>Design and deliver solutions that solve for new levels of complexity, scale and performance, and in turn, enable breakthrough innovations together with your team</li> <li>Create and apply frameworks, methods, best practices and artifacts that deliver prescriptive guidance to customers, and publish and present them in large forums together with the leadership team.</li> <li>First hands-on experience in IT Transformation projects in a Management / Technology Consultancy, in an IT company or part of a Technology Transformation team in the industry</li> <li>Experience in being part of complex client transformation projects &amp; programs</li> <li>Experience in being part of interdisciplinary international project team </li> <li>Entrepreneurial and ambitious</li> <li>High affinity for new technologies and solving of complex questions in the context of technology and agility in a client environment</li> <li>Strong analytic and conceptional ability paired with a solution oriented, pragmatic way of working</li> <li>An outstanding communicator (both written and verbal)</li> <li>Able to work collaboratively in a fast moving and ambiguous environment under time pressure</li> <li>Agile Certifications as a plus</li> <li>Project Management Certifications as a plus</li> <li>Cloud Certifications as a plus</li> <li>Languages: Fluency in English/German</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You will have strong career progression to date, and experience working with recognized consulting brands and large commercial sector clients</p> <p><strong>Your experience will include</strong></p> <p>Our ideal candidate will be:</p> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <p>For the right talent that want to be part of a diverse team, innovation-driven practice and a high-performance culture, we offer industry-leading compensation and benefits, along with top training and development opportunities so that you can grow your career and achieve your personal ambitions.
