About the Role

As VP Global R&D and Offer Management, you will be the driving force behind AirTech’s innovation and commercial development. Your mission is to transform ideas into impactful solutions that strengthen our market leadership and deliver real value to our customers. You’ll lead global teams, manage the innovation pipeline, and ensure our offerings are aligned with sustainability, digitalization, and profitability goals.

You will also play a key role in the AirTech Business Area Management Team, contributing to the broader strategic development of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global R&D and Offer Management strategy that supports profitable growth and customer success.

• Harmonize and modularize the product portfolio to ensure a leading market position in key regions and segments.

• Lead the development of next-generation energy-efficient and sustainable solutions, including M&A and strategic partnerships.

• Drive digitization initiatives, integrating smart, connected solutions into our offering.

• Build and grow high-performing global teams focused on innovation and commercial impact.

• Own global budgets, KPIs, and performance plans for R&D and Offer Management.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and People & Culture to align on strategic goals.

• Champion sustainability across all aspects of product and solution development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or MBA.

• Proven track record of leading world-class R&D and/or Offer Management organizations.

• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Experience in equipment manufacturing, climate control, or energy conservation industries.

• Deep understanding of sustainability and digital trends.

• Skilled communicator across all levels, including executive and investor audiences.

• International experience and mindset, with a passion for global collaboration.
