About the role

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a consistent corporate image & message is presented to analysts, institutional investors, individual shareholders, media and all external parties

  • Compile data for use by senior management in meetings and discussions with investors, analysts and shareholders

  • Run the Investor Relations (IR) events calendar, organization and logistics of investor meetings and materials, conferences, non-deal roadshows, other events

  • Maintain investor CRM database including updating all meeting data and information

  • Help the IR team identify investor targeting opportunities

  • Lead Investor Relations website

  • Maintain the relationships with our third-party vendors and coordinating results and logistics for key events

  • Complete relevant company and / or market analysis items for IR or senior management

Experience & Skills

  • Keen intellect, unquestioned ethics, a sense of urgency and the ability to simultaneously execute on both tactical and strategic projects with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software; familiarity with IR focused software/tools preferred but not required

  • Remarkable analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention-to-detail

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

  • The ability to simplify sophisticated information

  • Presentation abilities and the desire to grow these

  • Ability to work independently in a distributed, dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Some travel may be required

  • Ability to represent the company at investor meetings/conferences as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent

  • 4+ years relevant experience for entry to this level

  • Ability to work independently

  • Project management experience

  • Keen desire to learn a new area and build on existing skills

The US pay range for this full-time position is $103,368.00 - $161,513.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
