The focus of this internship will be to assist the R&D with the following projects:

• New product launch and improvement projects.
• Perform research and analyses on competitor products related to R&D projects.
• Develop standardized test plan for evaluating lawn mower cutting results.
• Usage and Integration of technologies such as VR and AI in R&D and Tech Services
• Support in design of products using CAD, theoretical calculations, and analysis tools.

Internship Goals:

 

• Learn research and development processes and tools.
• Gain knowledge about electrical and mechanical drivetrains for garden tools
• Learn how to develop and execute test plans for R&D projects.

Internship Requirements:

 

Academic Year: Junior or Higher

Area of Study: Mechanical Engineering or similar

Preferred GPA: 3.5 or higher

Software Knowledge: MS Office, CAD (Creo or similar), basic programming skills

Compensation: $20/hour
