Technical Operations Administrator

We are actively seeking a Technical Operations Administrator to join our team of email experts! This individual will support the ongoing daily maintenance of our primary software platform.

Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, this role will focus primarily on maintaining our testing service on customers’ behalf from behind the scenes; however, secondarily this role will serve to resolve minor support issues and engage customers to adopt the Sinch Email on Acid platform.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining our email testing service by resolving in-app issues with email screenshot processing.
• Investigating and solving issues when system is not performing as desired.
• Communicating remotely to Customer Success and Site Reliability Teams about the system's status.
• Handling and prioritizing concurrent issues when the system is experiencing high traffic volume.
• Incident coordination for the Sinch Email products

Requirements

• Comfortable using both Mac/Windows platforms
• Experience with troubleshooting applications
• Detail oriented
• Strong multitasking ability
• Excellent communicator, especially in a remote work environment
• Critical thinker, geared towards problem-solving
• Self starter, confident taking initiative
• Ability to read console log errors
• Ability to read basic HTML
• Experience writing technical documentation
• Flexible schedule is preferred
• Second shift 5pm CST - 2am CST
