THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Packaging, Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. You will work with Quality, Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Project Managers, Product Managers, Contract Manufacturers, Suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to react quickly and support the manufacturing and supply chain function. WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Receiving materials; including completion of incoming inspection documentation.
- Moving materials into local inventory bins and coordination of ERP system data entry.
- Develop and execute the packaging process, including UDI labeling and unit marking.
- Shipping coordination and tracking.
- Support Quality NCMs and ownership of CAPA documentation.
- Support Process Control documentation, development and maintenance.
ABOUT YOU:
- FDA regulated Packaging Process experience.
- Technical or associate degree.
- 3+ years supporting medical device packaging.
- Knowledge of packaging, kitting and labeling for medical products.
- Experienced with shipping and receiving operations.
- NetSuite or other ERP data entry experience is a plus.
- Experience using quality electronic documentation systems (EDMs), Veeva, MasterControl, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office Software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proficient in Using Google Docs, Slack.
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment with multiple changing priorities.
YOU MAY THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF:
- Have supported development to commercialization of medical devices per FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 14971 and ISO 13485 regulations.
- Previous high-mix, low-volume packaging and shipping experience.
- Previous experience working within a start-up.
- Consider yourself a self-starter.
