Job Summary:

The Procurement Project Manager (Fitness-Focused) is responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end procurement activities for fitness and wellness amenity projects. The position manages multiple concurrent fitness projects, ensuring all equipment orders, delivery timelines, paperwork, and close‑out requirements are completed accurately and on schedule. This individual escalates risks appropriately and collaborates closely with internal teams and vendors to support seamless project execution.

  • Track long‑lead fitness equipment items and communicate delays or risks early.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics, warehousing, staging, installation timelines, and punch list resolution.
  • Ensure all milestones--order placement, shipping, receipt, installation, and close‑out--are completed on time.

Fitness Equipment & Amenity Sourcing

  • Collaborate closely with Fitness Operations and Design to confirm products meet operational, quality, and durability standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor proposals, product specifications, lead times, and documentation.
  • Assist with comparative evaluations

Vendor & Contract Administration

  • Facilitate vendor communications, order confirmations, delivery updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage RFP coordination and bid documentation without taking part in pricing negotiation.
  • Track vendor performance, delivery accuracy, and installation quality.
  • Ensure all vendor documentation--COIs, spec sheets, warranties--is collected and filed properly
