Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):Spry Methods is on the search for a Business Systems Analyst (Mid) to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop detailed business process models and system requirements.
• Support Agile and SAFe implementation by creating and modifying required documentation.
• Assist in contract management by maintaining documentation and ensuring project deliverables meet business needs.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

• Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
