About the role
Job Description Summary
Building on the successful execution of GE Vernova's ServiceNow platform separation and stabilization, GE Vernova seeks to formalize and expand the ServiceNow Platform Owner, Principal Architect, and Engineering Manager role to lead our enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem serving 120,000+ global users. This strategic leadership position elevates the current Staff Infrastructure Architect - ITSM role to encompass full platform ownership, people leadership, and enterprise-wide strategic accountability across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, EA, IRM, and emerging capabilities. This role operates at the intersection of enterprise strategy, technical architecture, and operational delivery—requiring a leader who can balance hands-on technical excellence with strategic vision, vendor management, SOX compliance oversight, and team development
